CHARLOTTE PENTON-SMITH - Chief Executive

Charlotte has over 20 years of experience working in the music and charity sectors. She joined RSM in 2013, before which she was CEO of children’s music charity, Future Talent. Prior to that Charlotte held roles at The Royal Opera House and Aldeburgh Music (now Britten Pears Arts). Charlotte gained her BMus from Lancaster University after which she continued studies in Arts Management at postgraduate level at Anglia Ruskin Business School in Cambridge. Charlotte is passionate about the work of RSM and feels incredibly honoured to be leading the charity through its current phase of development.
