Although stress and burnout are slightly different, chronic stress can lead to burnout, a feeling of being overwhelmed and exhausted.

Burnout is particularly common among performers. In this webinar, facilitated by registered person centered, humanistic psychotherapist Denise Devnish, we will look at how musicians can identify burnout and learn tools to help prevent it. The following topics will be covered:
